How was the field named?:
Tracee Field is dedicated in memory of Tracee Lynn Moore
who was born February 14, 1992 and died June 19, 1994.

Longitude—W 86 degrees 02.370′

Runway:
There are two runways available to provide flexibility for RC pilots and planes.
– Paved and striped 58′ x 467′
– Grass 50′ x 600′

Parking:
– Gravel parking near clubhouse and shelter house.
– Seemingly unlimited grass overflow parking available when ground is dry.

Shelter:
Clubhouse and shelter house with picnic tables.

Spectator Seating:
– Great viewing angles at the field!
– Picnic tables in the shelter house.
– Dedicated benches both north and south of the clubhouse.
– You may bring your own camp chair and place along the spectator fence.

Power:
– Clubhouse has utility power for club use. (no battery charging in or near clubhouse)
– Onsite utility power for electric plane battery charging is available at three of the pit lane plane stations. (for club members)

Flight Stands:
Multiple flight stands distributed adjacent to runway for gas, nitro, or electric planes.

Safety Fence:
– Grass buffer and extended length metal fence covering majority of pit lane.
– Fence is located between paved runway and pit lane.
– Intended to safeguard pilots who are flying, or pilots working in pit lane, while planes are engaged during take offs, landings, and unintended stray actions during taxi.

Restrooms:
Onsite men and women restrooms with fresh running water.

Wind Sock:
Heavy duty wind sock onsite to monitor strength and direction of wind.
